About Chad

I grew up in Mississippi and graduated from Ole Miss. After seeing a leprechaun video while living in Costa Rica, I’ve been searching for gold circa 2008. Along the way to becoming a Mobilian, Mardi Gras has become more of a family reunion than a Carnival, and I’ve also learned how to spell dolphin correctly. (It’s a Mobile thing.)

In 2010, I launched my photography career as a wedding photographer. After shooting over 350 weddings, I transitioned into mostly commercial and editorial photography, although I will always love shooting an occasional wedding.

Living and working in Mobile, I’ve been fortunate enough to discover the Gulf Coast through all the places photography has taken me. I love working and creating, and I don’t think I’ve ever met a stranger. 

My work has been featured in magazines and publications locally and nationally, including Mobile Bay Magazine, Alabama Magazine, Lagniappe, Business Alabama, Business View, Forbes Magazine, Southern Living, Best Magazine, Access Magazine, Luxe Magazine, TheKnot, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Daily News, and The Scout Guide.
